ETM collects, stores and processes the personal data of its sponsors, members, volunteers and affiliates, as well as of its partners, that are strictly necessary for carrying out its mission, for information purposes and to uphold donors’ right to receive their tax certificates.

These data – surname, first name, address and, where applicable, email address and phone number – are processed and stored in a secure database.

Bank statements are kept for 7 years, in accordance with legal obligations, and are shredded before disposal.
